My local store always ran out of this simple product and I had to wait sometimes for a month to get it in. This was much easier.

I prefer these to liquid rennet as the shelf life is much longer and the performance is more consistent.

I was referred to this site by a chef. It was so nice to find everything I needed at a decent price. My mozzarella cheese turned out wonderful and was much cheaper than store brands. My ricotta is to die for!

Thank you! I will continue shopping at this site!

Arrived in better time than promised, good quality nice and fresh. I wish that they scored the tablets better for a cleaner break. Most recipies never ask for more than 1/4 to 1/2 a tablet so I end up shaving a bit more off or saving crumbs. But it works great ! Very nice coagulation in my cheeses with it.

    • A little too much should be fine. Way too much could cause a bitter flavor and may result in a dry curd.

2- What are their individual storage requirements and shelf life?

      Thanks

    • What are the dimensions of the box that these will be shipped in? I have restrictions oh how big a parcel can shipped.
    • If it's just a strip of rennet tablets it would ship in either a padded envelope (maybe 7"x7") or a 5"x5"x3" box. Ultimately it just depends on which items you order.
