Recipe: Mango Smoothie

Mango and banana and cultured dairy base...what more could anyone ask for? No dairy in your diet? This smoothie tastes incredible when made with coconut milk kefir or coconut milk yogurt.



  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Serve chilled. Makes one serving.
