Recipe: Water Kefir Fruit Juice Ice Pops

Combine freshly cultured water kefir with freshly squeezed juice for delicious ice pops without added sugar.



  1. Combine water kefir and fruit juice, whisking well to combine.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/2-inch of headspace.
  3. Add handle sticks, if using.
  4. Freeze for 6-8 hours.
  5. To serve, let sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before removing from the molds.
