Recipe: Enzyme and Protein-Rich Sprout Salad

Protein and enzyme-packed sprouts, greens, and other ingredients make this salad a meal all its own. Served with a creamy, cultured dressing, this salad is also the perfect accompaniment to a main dish.

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup cultured sour cream, yogurt, or milk kefir
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper



  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine.
  2. In a pint jar, combine all dressing ingredients. Seal tightly with a lid and shake well to combine.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad ingredients. Toss gently and serve straight away alongside grilled meat or a fresh pot of soup.
