Recipe: Simple Natto Sauce

This is a super quick sauce for your natto, with the option to add a bit of probiotics!


  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. kombucha vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. fish sauce (can be found in most Asian markets or well-stocked supermarkets)
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger (adjust to taste)


  1. Whisk ingredients together and stir into your natto. Enjoy over rice with some green onions for a traditional breakfast.
