Recipe: Peppermint Foot Rub

After a long day on your feet there is nothing better than a soothing foot massage. The cooling, pain relieving properties of peppermint essential oil will help ease your tired feet and welcome the end of the day.


  1. In a double boiler or heat safe jar placed in a pot of water, gently melt coconut oil and beeswax.
  2. Remove from heat and add essential oils and vitamin E oil.
  3. Pour into container and cool.

How to Use Peppermint Foot Rub:

    1. Optional step: To help dry cracked skin, begin by exfoliating with a pumice stone and soaking feet in warm water, or a foot soak like the Tired Foot Soak.
    2. Pat feet dry and rub generously with Peppermint Foot Rub.
    3. Cover with thick socks and relax.
