NOTE: Proper mascara use includes disposing of the tube and brush after 4- 6 months. Mascara brushes can harbor bacteria and should be cleaned regularly.
- Place beeswax and aloe vera gel in a glass bowl. Melt using one of the following methods: Microwave in 30 second intervals, or place glass bowl over a pot of hot water.
- Add jojoba oil, bentonite clay, and vitamin E oil to the bowl; mix with toothpick or small wooden stirring stick until thoroughly combined.
- Mix in a small amount of pigment powder; gradually add more until desired shade is reached.
- Use a syringe or eye dropper to fill mascara container.
