Recipe: Kombucha And Honey Vinaigrette

This recipe is a great example of how to use kombucha tea that has over-fermented and has a vinegar-like taste.


  • 1/4 cup kombucha tea
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. raw honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 cup olive oil


  1. Combine the kombucha, water, honey, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
  2. Very slowly drizzle the olive oil into the dressing while the blender or food processor is running.
