Instructions:
Using a whisk, blend the crème fraîche, kombucha, egg yolk, and mustard. Begin adding the oil very slowly, continuing to stir. The vinaigrette will begin to thicken.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend thoroughly and use immediately.
