Recipe: Parmesan Crackers

These parmesan cheese crackers are simple to bake and full of flavor. Make them for your next party, or have them around for quick daily snacks.



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Create piles of 2 or 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan on a cookie or pizza sheet covered with olive-oiled parchment paper. Use the bottom of a glass to lightly press the piles into flat circles. There should be at least 3 inches between each cheese pile.
  3. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until they are a light golden brown with dark edges. The cooking process goes quickly, so watch them closely.
  4. Cool the parmesan crackers on a cookie rack and store in a zipper-style bag in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve them.
