Tips & Tricks
Simple in concept, sprouting requires cycles of rinsing, draining, and repeating to help sprouts grow and avoid slime and mold.
Be diligent about not leaving water in the jar to prevent issues.
Sprouting wheat usually takes 2 to 3 days depending on how much you are using and how long you want your sprout tails to be.
We recommend tasting the sprouts daily to understand how the flavor is developing.
Once your sprouts have reached the flavor and length you like, stop the rinsing and draining process. Your sprouts are finished!
