Often used to mold a dessert called Couer a la Crème. Also useful for shaping Creole Cream Cheese. You may also need cheesecloth or butter muslin to line the mold, a tray for catching whey, and a pressing plate and weight. Experiment with different molds to change a cheese's flavor and texture!
