"Well worth the money"

Seems like a bit too much money at first glance but, regular cheesecloth falls apart way too easily anymore. Is worth the money and works very well to strain my yogurt.

Excellent for straining almond milk. I like the strength of the material and that it can be washed/reused.

  6. Excellent

The performance of the butter muslin was Excellent. My only suggestion: larger in one dimension would be safer. A double-thickness is recommended for cream cheese, and when the cloth is folded in half, it becomes a little narrow. I was concerned the cheese might spill over the sides (it didn't).

I got this to have a little extra material around to cut for tops of kefir bottles, straining yogurt, etc. This material works nicely, about the same as it would cost if you tracked down muslin at some place like jo-ann fabrics or something, except you don't need to track it down. It's right here.

    • The product is the same butter muslin that we've carried for several years, still in our green box. However, we have decreased the quantity from 2 yards to 1 yard. The price was also adjusted for the smaller quantity.
