Banana Smoothie Recipe

A regular favorite with kids, this banana smoothie recipe will bring cultured dairy into your child's diet with ease. Add a spoon of peanut butter for an even more familiar flavor.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurtkefir, or buttermilk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup, or a small amount of stevia

 

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. 
  2. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Makes one serving.
