I am quite disappointed in this book. The format and binding are rather "cheap", especially for a book that costs over $27. I was expecting a better value for the price.
I have been gluten-free for several years, but am new to sourdough baking. Sharon's techniques and recipes seem quite complicated and unpractical for a mother with young children and a busy household.
I will be returning my copy for a refund.
