I was very nervous making vegan yogurt at home the first time. But this starter and all of the helpful info found on this website eased my fear and now I am a confident yogurt maker! I use a combination of almond and cashew milks, and thicken a little before culturing. I have made it 3 times now and it has come out perfect every time! Thick, rich and delicious
