Vegan Yogurt Starter

After becoming vegan, I really missed yogurt. I have come up with a recipe that turns out terrific. I use a quart of West Soy milk, 1/2 cup of soy milk powder and 2tablspoons of tapioca flour, which I blend up in the blender before heating. I have used both the Euro-Cusine yogurt maker and my crockpot set on warm and mason jars placed on kitchen towels. I'm really pleased with how the yogurt turns out. This is a great product.
