My husband & I eat a plant-based diet and love yogurt. We had been purchasing soy yogurt, however the company that manufactured it has temporarily stopped production. I began researching how to make my own yogurt, and came across this product. I have never made it before, so was very apprehensive. My first batch came out almost perfect! It was a little thinner than what we like, so I just need to increase the amount of thickener. (I used agar powder w/ 8 hour fermentation) This culture worked wonderfully well! Used stevia, a little vanilla, and several tablespoons of sugar-free all fruit cherry jam. Afterwards I added sliced frozen (thawed) cherries. We wont ever be purchasing store-bought yogurt anymore, my husband wants me to start making gallons of it!
