this was a great vegan yoghurt culture. my wife tried making it in a thermos using soy milk and the culture--not so good--as the culture may have gotten to hot, however, using a couple of glass canning jars--did the trick!! this is way better then store bought probiotic pills! we might try other non-dairy milks in the future, but it did wonderful with soy milk! this makes bread and pizza dough so soft and good and it makes other things good also and it seems to be a good replacement for vegan mayonnaise!
