Tropical Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 2 tablespoon coconut milk (optional)
  • 3/4 cup kefir, yogurt, buttermilk, or combination*
  • Sweetener to taste (1 tablespoon raw honey, maple syrup, or sugar, or a small amount of stevia)
 
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Best served chilled. Makes two servings.

 

*If desired, coconut milk kefir or coconut milk yogurt can be used.
