Tomato Kombucha Salad Dressing

Have some leftover kombucha that has turned a bit vinegary? Make salad dressing! 


  • ½ large tomato
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup tamari
  • 6 tablespoons kombucha


  1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
  3. Serve immediately.
