When I made my first batch of Kombucha at home I really did not like it. It was too strong compared to the store bought flavored Kombucha I had been drinking and I was so disappointed. Then I read I could try to make it using this Rooibos tea. I love the results! The taste is so mild and delicious that even my children will drink it. I do use about 1/4 black tea to 3/4 red rooibos. If you tried making Kombucha at home and just didn't care for the results don't give up and try it with this tea, you wont be disappointed.
