Viili Yogurt Starter

I use raw milk to make this yogurt and I had some trouble at first with the mother culture separating at about 24 hours without ever having firmed up. Customer service was super helpful and gave me the advice to put it in the fridge before it even looks ready. I did that, and it worked!
This yogurt has never been very thick for me--it's more drinkable than spoonable. But, boy is it tasty! I don't use any sweetener or flavoring because it's not too tangy and is sweet all on its own (maybe due to the raw milk?).
