Viili Yogurt Starter

Amazing. I don't write many reviews but couldn't pass this one up. Used organic whole milk. Made my starter and was a little nervous at first when at 12 hours it was still not thick. By the next day, I had beautiful yogurt that pulled away from the glass jar beautifully. Now onto making my large batch. Used a quart wide mouth canning jar. Started approx 6pm in the evening. Stirred well, set it on my counter, and the next morning I had beautiful, heavenly yogurt. It's Summer. Because of AC, temp remained 78 or so. I was so excited that I immediately went about taking some out and using my home-made blueberry preserves to sweeten. Amazing. I have made yogurt in the past that is heated up, brought down to temp and processed. I won't ever go back. What can be easier? No heating, no special tools, or equipment! I'm hooked. I can hardly wait to make more!
