This yogurt is very easy to make. It is thinner then store-bought yogurt, but I am going to try straining it to make it a thicker consistency. On the plus side, it is one that is easy to drink. This is only my second batch, so perhaps time will change the consistency to a thicker one. Customer service if fantastic!! I had problems with my first batch and they quickly remedied the situation. What a great company!
