I grew up with Finnish villia, and loved the stretchy consistency. When I have traveled to Finland, villia is sold everywhere alongside yogurt. It also has that wonderful elasticity too. This product does not have any of that texture. I hoped subsequent batches would eventually approach the texture I hoped for. The taste was OK but not quite as mild as I would have liked.
