After a round of antibiotics, I became gluten-intolerant at 72 yrs of age. My diet is now gluten-free and I have consumed many probiotic products in an effort to get back in balance, but I still did not feel 100% Nothing worked until I made my own kefir. The improvement in my gut health was noticeable in days. It's been two weeks now and I look forward to my daily drink. I use whole Jersey milk with the cream on the top. It's so easy to make.
