When I first tried to activate a batch of water kefir it didn't work. In my next order I decided to try it since the first one failed without it. I use filtered water which at the time I didn't realize REMOVES a lot of the necessary and essential minerals! This time and every time since I have used the Drops. They work like magic. I even started adding the Drops to all my drinking water and even my pets' water. The drops kept the Kefir healthy and growing beyond belief. If I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it.! It also improved the taste of the water.
