• Whole Amaranth
• Freshly Milled Flour

Sprouted Amaranth will generally keep for 3-4 months in the pantry, 6-8 months in the refrigerator or up to 14 months in the freezer.

Manufacturing Information: This product is processed and packaged on dedicated gluten-free equipment in a dedicated gluten-free facility. Each lot is batch-tested to be gluten-free using Elisa testing.
