Sprouted 100% Organic Garbonzo Beans from To Your Health Sprouted Flour Company. Sprouted beans contains more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than conventional beans. Sprouting the beans reduces or eliminates phytic acid which inhibits the absorption of nutrients. Cook the beans for your favorite recipe or mill your own flour fresh--just prior to baking for the best flavor and nutritional value.

 Two options:

  • Whole beans
  • Freshly ground flour

Our sprouted beans are 100% organic. If the beans are milled into flour, the flour will generally keep for 3-4 months in the pantry, 6-8 months in the refrigerator or up to 14 months in the freezer.
