Make delicious baked goods with Sprouted 100% Organic Corn Flour from To Your Health Sprouted Flour Company. Sprouted flour contains more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than conventional flour. Sprouting the corn kernels reduces or eliminates phytic acid which inhibits the absorption of nutrients. Sprouted corn flour is milled to order on stone mills so you receive only the freshest available flour (see our FAQ for information on storing the flour).
Sprouted Corn Flour is made from 100% organic corn, is milled to order and is processed in a nut-free facility. It will generally keep for 3-4 months in the pantry, 6-8 months in the refrigerator or up to 14 months in the freezer.

- It may be sprouted and organic, but does that mean no GMO's? I've just recently learned that most yellow corn is GMO, but not blue or red corn. Thanks!
- Legally certified organic food can't be GMO in the US. We use only certified organic US-based sources so US laws apply. So - no GMO in our products.

- You answered a question on the sprouted rice flour and said that it was milled in the same facility as gluten but the equipment is cleaned in between each grain, this means that all of your flours are not safe for anyone on a gluten-free diet. I would love to purchase your products and was so excited to find them, but can't if they are not milled in a gluten-free facility. Still, it is wonderful to find a company that is creating organic, non-gmo, sprouted flours! Maybe you could eventually move the gluten-free grains to a gluten-free facility?
- The flours and grains we offer are produced by To Your Health Sprouted Flour Co. While they do take pains to avoid cross-contamination, the facility is not certified gluten-free. All the grains and flours from this mill are organic, and non-GMO, and we are happy with the high quality of the products and the customer care. We do have many customers who are on gluten-free diets who are using the non-gluten flours from TYH. You can find more information about their production and packaging on their website: http://www.organicsproutedflour.net

Having sprouted corn flour on hand makes it so easy to whip up last minute corn muffins, polenta, and tortillas. When I have time to soak my regular cornmeal in lime water I do, but many times this is a shortcut well worth paying for. It's a staple at my house. (Posted on April 1, 2012)Quality Price Value
