Make delicious baked goods with Sprouted 100% Organic Brown Rice Flour from To Your Health Sprouted Flour Company. Sprouted flour contains more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than conventional flour. Sprouting the brown rice reduces or eliminates phytic acid which inhibits the absorption of nutrients. Sprouted brown rice flour is milled to order on stone mills so you receive only the freshest available flour (see our FAQ for information on storing the flour).
Sprouted Brown Rice Flour is made from 100% organic brown rice, is milled to order and is processed in a nut-free facility (please note, the facility is not wheat free). It will generally keep for 3-4 months in the pantry, 6-8 months in the refrigerator or up to 14 months in the freezer.

- The descriptions says it's processed in a nut-free facility but is it a gluten free facility?
- The mill where our flours and grains are processed is not gluten-free. The equipment is thoroughly cleaned between different grains, but it is not separate equipment.
