Make delicious baked goods with Sprouted 100% Organic Whole Grain Spelt Flour from To Your Health Sprouted Flour Company.  Sprouted flour contains more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than conventional flour.  Sprouting the spelt berries (kernels) reduces or eliminates phytic acid which inhibits the absorption of nutrients.  Sprouted spelt flour is milled to order so you receive only the freshest available flour.

Sprouted Spelt Flour can be used in recipes calling for all purpose, spelt or whole wheat flour using a 1:1 ratio.  Sprouted spelt flour makes wonderful bread, pizza, biscuits, cookies and many other baked goods. 

Sprouted spelt flour is made from 100% organic spelt berries (kernels), is milled to order and is processed in a nut-free facility.  It will generally keep for 3-4 months in the pantry, 6-8 months in the refrigerator or up to 14 months in the freezer.

    • I would like to purchase the sifted spelt and whole wheat but I don't see that option when ordering. Is it no longer available?
    • Unfortunately the manufacturer discontinued the sifted flour a few months back.
