I got this for Tofu making. As the description says, it seems it makes softer tofu.
It doesn't dessolve well into water and you feel the texture in Tofu. I couldn't eat as is but okay for deep fry Tofu.
If you want extra calcium in Tofu and don't mind some sandy texture, this may be okay product, but if you are expecting silky texture and firmness, better stay with regular Nigari.
