    • mount of the liquid nigari? How many pounds of tofu will it make? Likewise, the nigari flakes and chinese gypsum: What is the package volume, and how many pounds' yield?
    • We don't have an exact measurement, but there is approximately 1/2 cup of liquid Nigari in the bottle. We are estimating that would make around 50 batches worth, using the recipe on our website. http://www.culturesforhealth.com/how-to -make-tofu For the flakes, there's around a cup of flakes (maybe a little more) in each bag. That would result in 25-50 batches, depending whether you are using the Terra Alba or Nigari.‚Äč

Liquid Nigari Review by Yuki

Got it for Tofu making. Seems good quality and very convenient. Expensive if compare with Nigari flakes but a handy bottle for light Nigari user.
