- This product looks really interesting but I can not consume soy. I am wondering if you can use other milks to create a tofu like substance? Perhaps use coconut milk instead?
- Tofu can be made from other beans besides soybeans. Here is a recipe for chickpea tofu:

Another tofu substitute can be made from almonds, though it is not a fermented food, more like a gelatin dessert.

- mount of the liquid nigari? How many pounds of tofu will it make? Likewise, the nigari flakes and chinese gypsum: What is the package volume, and how many pounds' yield?
- We don't have an exact measurement, but there is approximately 1/2 cup of liquid Nigari in the bottle. We are estimating that would make around 50 batches worth, using the recipe on our website. http://www.culturesforhealth.com/how-to -make-tofu For the flakes, there's around a cup of flakes (maybe a little more) in each bag. That would result in 25-50 batches, depending whether you are using the Terra Alba or Nigari.
