Took about 4 days to get going but my first loaf of bread turned out great -- even after I let it rise too long! I expected it to rise in 4 or 5 hours and it was ready much sooner! And I left it in the oven about 5 degrees too long and it was still great!! It stay fresh for several days and was better the 2nd day than when it was fresh!! I'M HOOKED!!!
