- hello-
can i preview a recipe using brown rice sourdough to see if i would
like to try it and buy the book? thank you.
meg - We don't a way of giving you a recipe to preview but the author does maintain a blog with some recipes: http://glutenfreesourdough.blogspot.com/. We actually had an opportunity to meet the author in person and sample her bread at a conference a few months back and it was quite impressive--we would never have guessed it was gluten-free.

I'm new to fermenting foods, and since my daughter is gluten-free, I knew I'd need this book in order to ferment her breads myself. I'll give a more comprehensive review once I've tried more of the recipes, but let me just go ahead and say WOW. This book takes you on the author's own baking journey in a well-laid out format, and gives many recipe variations to suit each individual's dietary needs and tastes. She does a very good job of explaining the science behind gluten-free sourdough baking so that the reader has a better understanding and confidence at creating/troubleshooting his/her own breads. I'm very pleased with this purchase thus far. (Posted on April 4, 2013)Value Quality Price
