    Store the starter culture in the refrigerator until you’re ready to activate it. Use the starter culture by the date on the bag.

  • Fresh Pasteurized Cream or Half-and-Half (Not UHT/Ultra-Pasteurized)

  • Stainless Steel Pot that can hold up to 4 Quarts with Lid (avoid aluminum)
