- I broke one of my glass jars this morning and was pleased to see the set of extra jars contains 8. So I decided to increase the capacity of my Euro100 model from 7 to 14. I currently make Greek yogurt in 5 hours. Should I expect doubling the capacity to increase the culturing time? Thank You
- The culturing time might increase a little bit just due to the greater volume of yogurt in two tiers, but probably not a lot. You can check the yogurt at the usual time, and then again every half hour to discover the best culturing time for a double batch.

- I plan to use my yogurt maker to make natto, therefore all of my jars and utensils must be sterilized prior to each batch. Can these jars tolerate being boiled for ten minutes, like Ball or Kerr canning jars?
- Yes, these jars are glass, and can be sterilized by boiling. (They are dishwasher-safe also.)
