About Caldwell's Organic Raw Cultured Vegetable Juices: Caldwells reserves and bottle the healthy juices from our raw cultured vegetables to offer a concentrated source of healthy friendly bacteria. The juices are non-alcoholic and dairy-free. They are unpasteurized, undiluted.
Drink full-strength in small quantity or mixed with fresh vegetable juice, apple juice or juice of wheat grass. For a delicious and healthy salad seasoning: Mix half and half with the salad oil of your choice.
