Green Rooibos is unique compared to the well known Red Roobios in that Green Rooibos tea is completely unferemented. Green Rooibos has a light color when brewed and a slightly herbal aftertace. It is considered to be high in antioxidants, trrace mineralsm and nutrients when compared to Red Roobios tea.  Makes wonderful Kombucha Tea.  Certified organic and fair trade.  Does not contain caffeine.

    • I read that a kombucha SCOBY feeds on caffeine and sugar. Since this product has no caffeine, would the SCOBY still thrive? Thanks and have a great day!!!
    • Many Kombucha brewers enjoy using Red Roobios. We do recommend using it in combination with black tea (25% black tea).
