    • I read that a kombucha SCOBY feeds on caffeine and sugar. Since this product has no caffeine, would the SCOBY still thrive? Thanks and have a great day!!!
    • Kombucha does not require caffeine, but feeds on the sugar and the tea. Green teas such as Green Rooibos, in combination with black teas or on their own, work well for making kombucha.

I drink tea daily and have tried numerous teas over the years and well, now I'm addicted to the Green Rooibos Tea from Cultures for Health. I know you're not supposed to guzzle tea but when this is combined with raw honey it is hard not to (once it's cooled that is!) Definite thumbs up!

This is another of my favorites! I like that it doesn't have caffeine naturally. I mix it with two other kinds of tea for my own custom brew. This is my 2nd time buying it and I will do so again.
