General Shipping Information:
- Orders generally ship within two business days. Items shipping directly from the manufacturer may ship on a different schedule and may take 2-5 business days to ship.
- Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail including tracking information is sent to the e-mail address provided at the time the order was placed. If you do not receive the shipping e-mail, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Since the e-mails are automated, sometimes they are caught by filtering systems.
- Please note, tracking information on shipped orders may not be available for up to two business days due to the need for USPS, UPS and FedEx servers to accept the information and update the tracking information as the package moves through the system. Occasionally USPS servers do not update tracking information until an item is delivered.
