Fermented Vegetable Master: Half-Gallon

I found this product to be a great balance between initial cost to start fermenting as compared to purchasing a crock. I wanted a 3liter crock but the 100+ dollar price tag was hard to swallow. This product works.
I've made pickles, sauerkraut and am now making cauliflower and brocolli.
