I got this primarily to start properly fermenting my green chile salsa and krauts and to do some other fresh veggie ferments.
I love how easy it is and how well it works, my first batch of fermented fresh green chile salsa was amazing! I used to use other jars or one of my older crocks and keeping the fresher air out was nigh impossible. This works exceptionally well and takes up very little counter space for small kitchens.
