I used the reviewer "Huck's" recipe of 34 oz. raw milk, 8 oz. raw cream, 1 packet of starter and incubated for seven hours in my new Euro Cuisine yogurt maker. It came out mild and creamy and there is no need for any thickening agents. I have enough starter for seven more batches and will definitely be ordering it again. Thanks, Cultures for Health for a great product!
