Mango Smoothie Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Banana
  • ¼ cup Mango, Papaya or Guava
  • ½ cup Kefir, Yogurt, Buttermilk or a combination
  • Sweetener (1 tbsp raw honey, agave; small amount of stevia)
     
 
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.  Best served chilled.  Makes one serving.

 

*If desired, coconut milk kefir or yogurt can be used.
