- In a large bowl, toss together the paprika, cumin, garlic and salt. Drizzle in the olive oil and whisk to combine.
- Scoop in the yogurt, tomato paste, and lemon pieces, keeping the peel on the lemons. Whisk the marinade together until it is well blended.
- Submerge the meat in the marinade and leave for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the fridge, for better results.
