  • 1 cup sprouted green peas
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • ¼ cup packed mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3-4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
