This is a super quick sauce for your natto, with the option to add a bit of probiotics!
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. kombucha vinegar or rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. fish sauce (can be found in most Asian markets or well-stocked supermarkets)
- 1 tsp. grated ginger (adjust to taste)
- Whisk ingredients together and stir into your natto. Enjoy over rice with some green onions for a traditional breakfast.
